01Where are the RVVault locations?
We have two active locations: 7354 South Eagle Street in Centennial and 2151 S Rome Way in Aurora. The Aurora facility is also called Jewell. Use our location pages for directions.
02When can I access my vehicle?
Customers have 24/7 gate access. Office hours are Monday through Saturday, 9 am–5 pm; the office is closed Sunday. Please call ahead to schedule an on-site visit.
03What size space do I need?
Measure the full length of your RV or boat and trailer, including the hitch, trailer tongue, racks, and spare tire.
- Centennial: outdoor spaces from approximately 20 to 60 feet long.
- Aurora / Jewell: outdoor spaces from approximately 20 to 60 feet long and canopy-covered spaces from approximately 25 to 75 feet long.
04What vehicles can’t you accept for storage?
We cannot accept cars, trucks, semis, box trucks, or inoperable vehicles for storage.
05Do you offer covered storage?
Yes. Aurora offers canopy-covered and outdoor parking. Centennial offers outdoor parking. A canopy provides overhead coverage; it is not an enclosed garage. Compare storage options.
06Can I get a space with electricity?
Power is available with select spaces. Call to confirm connection type, availability, and permitted use before planning to plug in. Electrical service is not included with every parking space.
07What amenities are available?
RVVault provides useful on-site amenities including air, vacuum, and dump-station access. The Centennial dump station is seasonal. Check with the team about service availability, restrictions, and seasonal operations before your visit.
08How do I pay my rent or manage my account?

09How do I reserve a space, and what does it cost?
Call (720) 903-2619 to check current rates and availability. Share your vehicle type, full dimensions, and whether you need coverage or power. The space finder is a guide, not a live inventory or booking system.
10What do I need before moving in?
Vehicles must be in running condition, and proof of ownership is required. Ask our team what documentation is needed for your vehicle, and review your rental agreement before moving in.
11How do I give notice that I’m moving out?
Please call the team directly at (720) 903-2619. Your rental agreement controls the notice requirements and timing. The website space finder does not send a move-out notice.
