    Keep your entry code handy

    Use your assigned credentials. If you need help, contact the RVVault team.

    Using Storage Genie?

    Select your RVVault location and follow the app setup. Use the digits of your gate code in the Entry Code field; leave Private Code blank.

  3. 03

    Let the gate close behind you

    Do not let another vehicle follow you in. Wait clear of the gate and watch it close before continuing.

For mobile gate access, enable the Bluetooth and location permissions required by the app. Your existing gate code remains an option.
